About Gentlee

You’ve spent years holding it all together. Who’s been holding you?

Heather became a mom young and kept going—focused on building a life, staying strong, and showing up for everyone around her. For a long time, she didn’t realize just how much she was carrying.

It wasn’t until later that the layers began to surface: her father and three siblings live with schizophrenia. She lost her younger brother to suicide. She ended an 11-year relationship. And behind all of that, she learned to survive by disconnecting from her own needs.

Through deep personal work, Heather began to heal. She spent the last two years immersed in personal development programs—refining her communication skills, healing childhood trauma, and breaking free from anxious avoidant patterns that kept her in survival mode. She started to feel safe in connection again. And everything changed.

At the same time, she spent 8 years as a home health and hospice nurse. Heather walked alongside patients and families through death, grief, and transition. She held space where words often fail—and she’s seen how much people carry in silence.

And that’s what inspired Gentlee— a space for strong, caring people to finally feel supported, too.

Gentlee is a space for the strong ones.

The caregivers.
The ones who carry grief, responsibility, and legacy.
The ones who show up for everyone—until they have nothing left for themselves.

Gentlee offers premium emotional coaching for people navigating life’s hardest transitions.
We blend trauma-informed support, grounded guidance, and optional financial wellness referrals—because sometimes peace isn’t just emotional, it’s practical too.

It’s not therapy.
It’s not surface-level.

Gentlee is a safe space of listening.
It’s support that meets you where you are—and walks you somewhere new.

Ready to feel supported in a whole new way?

“You’ve spent enough time surviving. Gentlee is where you start to breathe again.”
